Though life gets puzzling, we don’t lose heart, we instead draw closer to the Light. (2 Cor 4:17)
I stood in God’s light this morning. You know, once you get there, you never want to leave. Actually, let’s decide to stay there indefinitely.
Go there with me? In His presence, in the light of glory, our perspectives clear.
As I pondered in His presence, my destiny shown brighter than any darkness that hovered. My soul remembered that the Lord holds the fine details and He holds the power of through.
I rested in confidence that He sees the whole picture. He holds all the pieces. I fell secure in His faithfulness.
I then caught a clear glimpse of Him marching up ahead. The way forward was clear and my heart rejoiced deeply in the truth.
He marches in front of us, just as He did for those who came before us. He makes a way through these wastelands that we trudge. (Psalm 68:7)
Through. From start to finish, a continuing in time toward completion of a process.
Can you envision Him up ahead?
Our Redeemer lives, and we will see Him. At last, He will take His stand on the earth. The puzzling pieces will cease, all wrongs will be made right, and His song will never end. (Job 19:25) paraphrase
Do you know?
He runs to the weary, the worn and the weak.
Lord, may Your presence and power echo deep in our souls as we trust in You.
Rest in the Redeemer Who lives, loves and leads us through. Jesus loves you.
