“Bare Your Soul”

Bare your soul before the Lord. Put on a garment of praise morning by morning. (Isa 61:3)

Nothing in all creation is hidden from God’s sight. All is uncovered and laid bear before Him. (Heb 4:13) He’s before all things, and in Him all things hold together, including us. (Col 1:17)

Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God, the creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and His understanding no one can fathom. (Isa 40:28) He covers our nakedness with clothes of righteousness, with garments of salvation. (Isa 61:10) He prepares a table before us in the presence of our enemies and has prepared our place in eternity. (Psalm 23:5, John 14:3)

He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. (Isa 40:29) He stands on the sidelines with fire-tipped arrows. He eternally defends His beloved. (Psalm 64:7) He’s our Abba Father. In Him, all things were created, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers, rulers or authorities. All things were created through Him and for Him. (Col 1:16)

He’s the Alpha and Omega, the beginning in the end. He’s the conclusion. Our victory. (Rev 21:6-7) He delights in every detail of our lives, not one is missed. (Psalm 37:23)

Stand in the palm of His hand. We mean everything to Him. Bare your soul. Rest in His sovereignty over your life and over the story of the world. There is no one besides Him, no Rock like our God. (1 Samuel 2:2) AMEN & ALLELUIA.
