“You anoint my head with oil in the presence of my enemies.”
Have you ever taken this in? This part of Psalm 23. Our heads need oil. Our thoughts need refreshment, and the Lord is faithful to pour it out in abundance.
Do you need oil poured over your head? Your thoughts renewed? The battle is real. His oil protects us from flaming arrows. There is plenty of oil to go around. Consider this piece of Psalm 23 with me and enjoy one of my favorite songs to bring the message heart center. I think you’ll love this song, too. Psalm 23 By: Shane & Shane
“You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows. Surely your goodness and mercy will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever.” (Psalm 23:5-6) “You’ll not fear the terror of night, nor the arrow that flies by day or the pestilence that stalks in darkness, nor the plague that destroys at midday.” (Psalm 91:5-8)
