“The yoke of Jesus binds up the brokenhearted, proclaims liberty to the captives, and opens the prison doors of those who are bound.” (Isa 61:1)
There’s a yoke that can hang us and a yoke that can free us.
Yoked to “the One” we move forward. Yoked to the other, we are strangled and stagnant, our harvest is stolen, and our hearts, unsettled.
A yoke represents a partnership.
Animals were joined by a wooden harness placed over their necks to labor together in the fields. If they cooperated with each other, the labor was light, the harness wasn’t a burden.
Harnessed to Lord, we move forward in freedom. Yoked to Him, we are bound to an overcoming life.
We must cut the yoke that ties us up and takes us down, truly assess our heart place and ask for more of His. He never tires of this heartfelt request.
Are we yoked to fear or hope? Are we prospering or withering? 
Partner with Jesus. The yoke that mends our broken pieces, cuts our shackles of shame, and brings us into wide open spaces of abundance and living hope.
Are you tethered to His unending love and perfect truth?
I have come that you might have real and eternal life, more and better life than you ever dreamed of. (John 10:10) paraphrase
Stay tethered to Jesus, his holy word and his unfailing promises.

How true.
You can’t “earn” your way into heaven. It is given by God’s Grace to all that study and follow His Word.
His Word IS His voice of love!
