While You Wait

“Worship While You Wait” ~ In the waiting, this beautiful whisper from the throne dropped into my soul. I’ve applied it and I’m convinced of the Lord’s loving call. It’s a keeper for all of us that will keep us in all places.

Waiting is hard. Worship wakes us up and brings us into the arms of our faithful Father. The Lord is waiting for us to bring a sacrifice of praise so He can increase the joy of our salvation no matter where life finds us. He longs to express His presence and uphold us at all times. This is the abundance of His grace and mercy.

Don’t wait til you feel like it, sacrifice your feelings, worship and wait expectantly. The Lord will meet you. He shifts our gaze and imparts what we need when we choose to worship.

WILL YOU SING? DANCE? What thanksgivings can you offer? I know, it’s truly a “sacrifice,” it doesn’t come naturally. But we sacrifice so much more when we choose not to. How can you worship while you wait? Worship until your soul is set free into Living Hope and you feel His embrace.

“He who sacrifices thank offerings honors Me, and He prepares the way so that I may show Him the salvation of God.” (Psalm 50:23)

“I will praise you as long as I live. In Your name I will lift up my hands. I will be fully satisfied as with the richest of foods; with singing lips my mouth will praise You.”‭‭(Psalms‬ ‭63:4-5‬)
