Rest Assured

“We come close to God and approach Him with an open heart, fully convinced that nothing will keep us at a distance from Him. For our hearts have been sprinkled with blood to remove impurity, and we have been freed from an accusing conscience. Now we are clean, unstained, and presentable to God inside and out!” (Hebrews‬ ‭10‬:‭22‬)

God is so in tune with our everything and we can be sure He will not reject us for anything. He accepts an honest heart poured out before Him. He’s not ready and waiting to stand waving a finger in our face, He instead waits with open arms.

The conscience can trip us up and tell us to stay at a distance. It can accuse us. The darkness can make us want to hide. But the Lord says over and over to come out of the hiding into His glorious light and be restored. Accusations flee when we do. For accusations come from the other side.

God is on our side. His blood covers us on all sides. Come clean before Him. Stay close. Never let Him out of your sight. His eye on you. His heart is for you. Be more and more convinced of His great love for you.
